HISTORY

In early 2003, powered by an affiliation with a group of CPAs, Our founder Michael Bunning
resigned from the Mayfield Fund and started a financing and consulting firm in San Francisco.

The company was initially set-up as an affiliate division of a multi-discipline CPA practice focused
on providing mergers & acquisitions financing and consulting to small and mid-sized business,
however; the firm quickly became proficient in commercial real estate financing as well.

In late 2004, the Company was moved from San Francisco to Sacramento in order to
take advantage of the commercial and residential real estate growth occurring in that region.
The move also enabled the company to provided a lower cost of operation.

At the end of 2004, Michael decided, in order for the firm to achieve its objectives,
it was time for the firm to be independent of the multi-discipline environment.

In January 2005, Stratigx Capital was incorporated and its destiny was set it motion.

For the rest of 2005 the firm continued to provide mergers & acquisitions financing,
however; the company's future was to be in real estate finance and investments.

In January 2006 the Company announced that it would no longer provide M&A services...............

Today Stratigx Capital is a boutique real estate private equity group.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our Philosophy is simple, our business is about people first.

To build a business that embraces this philosophy you have to first listen to their needs, their fears,
and most of all to their dreams. Then you take all you have heard and you develop a Strategic Plan.

Our Strategic Plan is also very simple.
We invest in Real Estate and Real Estate paper.

We have chosen this path for the security of having a physical asset backing our investment.

We have chosen this path for the high yield returns the leverage affords us.

We have chosen this path because our investors have asked us for this type of investment.

Ultimately, We have chosen this path because we know how to value and control real estate.
